IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEDIA PERSONNEL

All media personnel must check in at Event HQ.
Please follow instructions from the marshals at all times.

Only Motorsport Ireland accredited media personnel are permitted.

SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR ALL MEDIA PERSONNEL

Always:

  • Expect the unexpected.
  • Stay alert and listen for approaching cars.
  • Leave yourself room to move quickly if necessary.
  • Try to position yourself behind something solid for protection.
  • Keep children under supervision at all times.
  • Ensure dogs are kept on a lead.
  • Follow all instructions given by the marshals.

Never:

  • Stand on the stage.
  • Stand below road level.
  • Position yourself in front of arrows or signs.
  • Enter prohibited areas.
  • Stand or sit on or near log piles, walls, or fences.
  • Sit close to the edge of the stage.
  • Block escape routes.
  • Get distracted – stay focused at all times.
  • Compromise your safety or that of the drivers.
  • Remove stage signs or arrows.
